A Ramdom thought

OK here it is...... I was just sitting here blog hopping looking at a lot of very good work and wondering why I haven't turned out anything original lately, and here's just what I came up with, I have soooooooo many machines, embellishments, paper and the sort that when it comes time to sit down and really do something I get overwhelmed and it takes me hours on top of hours to come up with the slightest little thing, so here is what I think is the solution to my problem. from this point on every month I will choose one die cut machine, one type of paper and embellishments, and so on, and that's what I'm gonna use for that month, I have got to get to know the things that I have what makes them tick what I like about them and just why I choose to purchase them, (other than they were just stinking cute lol )

So without further adue here are the things I will be working with this month

MACHINE; Cricket Expression and Gypsy
CARTRIDGE: Christmas
EMBELLISHMENTS: Christmas

so lets see what I can come up with this month and I also have to work on the 25 days of Christmas with Pam, this year we are only doing 12 but I have to come up with 25 for Nikki, Ashley, and Kristy I hope I can do it (I don't knowwwww)

WOW I did it I got my blog right and looking good now I think I will start posting more so when I get home I have some thing I want to say but I need my pictures and my own computer so tonight I will start a new trend and will try to post everynight something anything but something

diaper cake

I made my first diaper cake for my niece baby shower and I was very proud of the way it turned out it took me and the girls about 2 hours to put it together, but it really was not all that hard we rolled and put rubberbands and rolled and rubber banded 4 packs of diapers (did i mention that this was my first one) I think it turned out alright, got a lot of things I will do different next time but for my first time I think we did good, everyone loved it at the baby show it was just what I wanted it to be the center of everything, the color was right, the size was right it was just right and now all the babies are born, theres no one else to make a dipar cake for, o well this was fun while it lasted

Been a while

I have not been here in a while I know, so I just curzed by to say a word or two. first of all I think I will link this to my face book so my family can read this blog of mine, next thing I have to just have to post more of my work here I am now working on a book from this email I got and I think it is turning out very well so as soon as it is finished I must post it here, I really dont have much to say today but I will be back as soon as I can to post something else.

day 2

O.K I made it to day two of journaling and I'm proud of my self, well what can I say about today, today was back to work day after the Holidays, it felt kinda of good to get back to work, you know the whole something to do thing, other than staying in the house and playing games and eating all day. I enjoy going to work no two days are ever the same at my job we talk, we laugh and sometimes we wonder just what the hell is on some peoples minds half of the time, but hay you cant change people you can only watch them and stay out of the way of the craze's, try and help the lost, and maybe sometime give a shot at trying to fix the broken, and all the while keep your own sanity at the same time.

I cant find my scrapbooking mojo, I go into my room look around touch a few things and turn around and walk out, I have a few ( who am I kidding I have a lot of projects) that I need to finish. but I cant find the mojo to finish anything, I really want to work on my family library but just cant muster up the creativity to do so. Ive been checking out the blogs of my favorite scrappers, Stacy Jillian, Tim Holt, and Ali Edwards, I've read a lot of things I would like to start, things I would love to do, but still no mojo, well I guess it will come in time.

Stacy is now talking about 365 a layout a day a picture a day and journaling everyday, sounds so good but I know that I can not commit to such a thing I'm just not a every day scrapper, as much as I would love to create a layout a day in reality I know for a fact that its just not me, I will have to be content with just journaling everyday on my blog and sometimes pull something out and do a layout on it.

I still have not finished my books by Ali Edwards maybe if I read some of them I will find my mojo in there some where. I havent been on Stacy's blog for a while so I really must go back and back track a lot of her posts, she is my big picture person she is the reason I changed my whole system and way of scrapping , yea thats it I will get back into her and thats where I will find my mojo, working with my family library, filling up those books with pages that my future generations will enjoy looking at. a library that will tell the who, what, when, where, and why of our lives and times, yea thats what I'll do. I will finish reading my books and start working on my family library
